Uploading forms is Easy
We’ve simplified the process for submitting forms. Most forms can be completed right here on the website. You can also download fillable forms and then drag and drop to submit. It’s the same for paper forms. Simply take a photo and upload it to on the Forms Page. Note that you’ll need to create a login to access the forms, but that’s an easy process. You can even retrieve your password in case you forget it.
